Supernatural Pt 5 - Spiritual Warfare

Ultimately spiritual warfare is about the battle for God’s glory. It’s about who or what gets the worship in your life. The enemy is determined to defeat anything that brings glory to our Lord. He wants to defeat us in our Christian Walk to render us ineffective. He wants to keep us from living for the Lord and serving only Him. The adversary is not flesh and blood but invisible forces of evil, such as the devil, demons, and other spiritual entities described in Ephesians 6:12. This battle is for a believer's mind, emotions, will, and ultimate loyalty to either God or Satan. The conflict is not just for an individual's soul but also takes place in the world through false teachings, societal temptations, and attacks aimed at derailing believers' purpose. Jesus already won the ultimate victory over evil through his crucifixion and resurrection. Therefore, believers fight not for a win, but from a position of assured victory.
